What the inspector wrote

Based on interviews that were conducted with staff #3 and staff #4 no disclosures were make. Per staff#3 and staff#4, facility indoor area is an open area which consists of a living room and kitchen and all the times one of staff is with children in the living room area. Per staff#3 and staff#4 they never observed any child to hit child#1. Per staff#2 and staff#3, on 01/18/23 child#1 laid down during nap time, once woke up for water and once woke up for bathroom. Per staff#3 and staff#4 they never hit child#1 or any other child(ren) in daycare. Based on an interview that was conducted with staff#1, daycare children are all the times under supervision. Per staff#1, they never observed day care children to hit child#1. Per staff#1, she never observed any staff did not let child#1 to sleep or hit child#1. Per staff#1, bedroom is daycare area but children do not use the bedroom. Based on LPA\342\200\231s observation, LPA observed on 01/24/23 children water bottles were placed on the kitchen counter top toward the door which leads to the backyard. LPA watched facility camera footage for 01/18/23 from 1:18 PM to 1:49 PM. LPA observed child#1 was laid down on napping cot. At 1:19 PM child#1 cried, and staff#4 helped child#1 to stand up and staff#3 took child#1 to the kitchen area. At 1:21 PM, staff#3 went to child#1 and helped child#1 to lay down. At 1:42 PM, staff#3 went to child#1 and asked him to stay quiet. At 1:47 PM, child#1 said needed to use the bathroom and staff#4 helped child#1 to go to the bathroom. At 1:49 PM, child#1 came back in the camera and staff#4 helped child#1 to lay down. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegations are Unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Anahit Beglaryan at 9:45 a.m.. REPORT END 2 OF 2
