What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiency cited on 10/21/25 has been cleared. LPA met with Director, Teresa Fuentez, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Director guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 21 children. The following was observed: · Director, Teresa Fuentez stated the expired medication was picked up by parent. LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Director, Teresa Fuentez. LPA also issued POC clearance letter to Licensee during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
