Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced case management inspection. Upon arrival LPA Lee met with facility interim Director Maria Genovese. The purpose of the inspection was to provide consultation and additional information to the facility regarding the terms and conditions of the license. The facility currently provides care for children ages 3 to 5 but want to lower to ages 2 to 5 years old. LPA Lee informed the facility that a new application along with an updated parent handbook will need to be submitted to Monterey Park Regional office. The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain this posting requirement may result in a civil penalty of $100.00 dollars Exit interview conducted with Director Maria Genovese. Appeal rights discussed and explained.
