What Happened
The unannounced inspection found the preschool site clean, orderly, and safe with no children present and staff on site. LPA noted staff record issues, including missing AB 1207 and immunization documentation for one staff member, and also recorded that lead testing had not been completed.

- Staff #1 did not have AB 1207 training and immunization records on file.
- The facility had not completed required lead testing.
