Correction check·January 30, 2024

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nolan Tcheng conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection, for the purpose of ensuring corrections requested on 01/19/2024 were complete. Upon arrival, LPA met with licensee Sajith Weerasinghe, to whom the purpose of the inspection was explained. LPA was led on a tour of the facility. There were children present during the time of inspection. Census was taken. There were 20 children with 4 staff members. On 01/22/2024, Licensee sent the requested video summaries and signed meeting agenda, via email. Documents were requested during 01/19/2024 inspection. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA ensured that children were under supervision, at all times, by qualified staff members. All parts of the facility were reviewed for purpose of ensuring children were not without supervision. A random sample of four children files were reviewed to ensure that the required LIC9224 Acknowledgment of Receipt of Licensing Report was signed by the enrolled child's authorized representative. Files reviewed had the signed LIC9224 present. LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided POC letter to Director. At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. No deficiencies cited during today's inspection. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee Sajith Weerasinghe, at 4:25pm. Copy of report provided. END OF REPORT
