What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Anomeh Eivazian, conducted an unannounced case- management inspection to the above facility on 10/18//24 at 12:30 p.m to add the detached garage and detached guests house as limited activity space. LPA met with Arwa Alraheli, licensee, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection there were total of 5 children present in the home, 3 being infants. Also, Jemma Martirosyan and Hasmik Poghosyan, licensee's assistants were present in the home during this inspection. Per licensee, she provides care to children 0-12 years old. Per licensee, facility operation hours are Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 11:55 PM. This is a one story home located on the first level. The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 restroom, living room (day care play area), kitchen, laundry room, detached guests house in the backyard which consists of a room and a bathroom, garage, front yard and backyard (fenced). Per licensee the children use the bathroom in the hallway, living room, kitchen, one bedroom, backyard (fenced), garage and detached gusts house and bathroom in the detached guests house. Per licensee areas off limits to children and parents include: One bedroom and laundry room, and front yard. Fire clearance to use the detached garage, detached guests house and bathroom in the detached guests house was granted on 10/11/24. LPA informed licensee that detached garage, detached guests house and bathroom in the detached guests house can be only used for limited activity only, children can not eat or sleep in the detached guests house or detached garage. At 12:50 p.m., LPA toured the detached garage, LPA observed children toys, tables, chairs, changing tables and diapers in the detached garage. Next LPA toured the detached guests house and observed a bed in the room. Next LPA toured the bathroom in the detached guests house and did not observe any hazards. REPORT CONTINUES ON NEXT PAGE 1 Per licensee, she will use the detached garage and detached guests house and bathroom in the daily from 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Per licensee, children will eat either outside or inside the home and sleep inside the main home. A written declaration was submitted during this inspection. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
