Based on interviews that were conducted with three staff, no disclosures were made, and staff stated they did not hit a child or handled a child in a rough manner. The allegations may have happened or are valid, but there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations occurred, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated at this time. The evidence scale is equal meaning the weight of convincing evidence to prove something happened is equal to and has just as much convincing weight that it did not happen. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Arwa Allraheli, Licensee. REPORT END 2 of 2
