What the inspector wrote

On April 17, 2026 at 12:15PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unnanounced Case Management Inspection to the above facility. LPA was greeted by front office staff and waited to meet with ECE Manager. At 12:40PM LPA was greeted by ECE Manager Sandra Trani who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. The purpose of the inspection is to follow up on a self reported incident that occurred at the facility on April 16th 2026. The incident was reported to the Department on 04/16/2026, and was reported in a timely manner. This is an infant with toddler option program that operates Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM. There are 76 children enrolled in the program. At the time of inspection, LPA MAguirre observed 57 children in care with 9 staff members. Brief Summary of the Incident: Child #1 (C1) experienced a seizure at the facility and paramedics transported child to the hospital. During the Inspection, LPA obtained relevant information pertaining to the incident including but not limited to, an updated children's roster, Incident report provided to the parent, and other relevant documents. LPA also conducted interviews with staff present when the incident occurred. At this time, the incident requires further investigation, as the child is still currently seeking medical treatment. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report along with appeal rights were provided to the ECE Manager Sandra Trani.
