What Happened
Annual/random inspection of family childcare home found licensee initially absent from facility. Pool gates meet safety requirements but side fence falls below 5-foot height requirement and needs replacement. Licensee pursuing capacity increase with required corrections pending.

- licensee not present when LPA arrived; arrived 20 minutes later stating she had run an errand
- pool side fence does not meet 5-foot height requirement
- baby food not labeled with child's name
- breast milk bottles require proper labeling with date and child's name
- bedroom #2 requires locks/child-proof doorknobs on doors leading to off-limit areas
- bedroom #2 shelf has items posing danger to children
- sliding glass door in bedroom #2 requires alarm
- air conditioning units in backyard need mesh covers for safety
