What the inspector wrote

PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst, Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to the above facility on 06/13/25 to ensure Type B deficiencies cited on 05/30/35 has been cleared. LPA arrived at 1:15 PM and met with Nune Antonyan, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection Manan Grigoryan, licensee\342\200\231s assistant was also present in the home. LPA observed 11 children were present in the home, 10 children observed were napping in the living room and one child was napping in the daycare bedroom with the door open. The following has been observed: - Staff ratio and capacity has been met. During this inspection, there were 11 children in care with licensee and her assistant. - Facility roster was reviewed and completed. - The required 2A10BC fire extinguisher was anchored to the wall in the main entrance area, it was purchased on 06/01/25 as read by LPA from the receipt. - Licensee had current mandated reporter training certificate on file, completion date, 06/01/25. LPA cleared one Type B deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to licensee and issued POC clearance letter. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Nune Antonyan.
