Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

There were no concrete disclosures made during interviews or in documentation obtained to corroborate with the alleged allegations. Based on the interviews conducted, some individuals stated they are allowed to access childcare areas and others stated they stay in the lobby as staff take the children to the classroom in the morning during drop off and bring the children to the lobby in the afternoon during pick up. Per evidence gathered the parent handbook states under parent participation as such, parents are encouraged to participate in their child\342\200\231s educational experience by volunteering their time and on the second paragraph it states the program assures parents have unlimited access to their children including written records. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. The evidence to prove something happened is equal to and has just as much convincing weight that it did not happen therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with site supervisor Nicole Rojas. Appeal Rights provided.
