What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes, conducted an unannounced case management annual continuation site Inspection to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing child care centers are met for this Preschool age program . LPA met with Michelle Mendoza, Teacher. The purpose of this inspection is to compete the care tool as time did not permit during the annual inspection dated 08/05/2025. Per annual inspection dated 08/05/2025, the licensee was not in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there was "2" Type "B" deficiency cited during today's Inspection in accordance with the California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1. See 809D page for citations. Citations for yesterday inspection 08/05/2025 were documented on the care tool as the the 2 type B citations were not captured. Consultation was given on this date. It was determined today that the school is in transition of a new Director and Principal Geri Oka of the school is working with Teacher Michelle Mendoza to complete all the corrections. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed and given to Michelle Mendoza, Teacher. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
