What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) inspection in English, for the purpose of inspecting the facility to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations governing childcare center are met. LPA met with facility representative Michelle Mendoza, Teacher and New Director Martha Macias who took LPA on a tour of the center inside and out. LPA observed construction being conducted on the play ground and requested New Director to type up a request with detailed information on the construction as it is a reporting requirement issue. LPA reviewed all plan of corrections (POC) for all citations given on 08/05/2025. LPA presented Michelle and Martha with a letter of deficiencies citations Cleared for all citations given on 08/05/2025 LPA also requested on this date a copy of the new Directors file and during review LPA notice the New Director has not taken the Child Care Center orientation (Operation and record Keeping) as of this date. New Director start date was on LPA obtained on this date a copy of the LIC 308 Designation of facility responsibility for the new Director Martha Macias, and lead Teacher Michelle Mendoza. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was given to Michelle Mendoza, Teacher and New Director Martha Macias, with a notice of site visit to be posted for 30 days.
