What the inspector wrote

On May 15, 2025, at 1:35 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection \342\200\223 Plan of Correction at the above facility. LPA met with Director, Alin Matossian who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 12 children in care along with 3 staff members. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and the deficiencies cited on 5/06/2025 were corrected. Licensing staff observed and reviewed the following: The sink in the kitchen area in the upper-level classroom where Lead exceedance was detected has been capped off. The facility has removed the faucet, and water is no longer available from that area. LPA took photo of capped off sink. Per Director, the facility will keep the sink capped off since they do not use the water for food preparation nor dinking purposes. They facility will re-test the water for lead before they decided to use the water for food preparation in the future. Letters of Deficiencies Citations Cleared were provided for deficiencies corrected. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Director, Alin Matossian. Page 1 of 1
