Correction check·November 26, 2025

On 11/26/25, at 12PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection \342\200\223 Plan of Correction at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director / Hae Jin K Lee (Stella), who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 11 preschool children with 2 staff members present during today's visit. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and the deficiencies cited on 10/23/25 were corrected. LPA observed and reviewed the following: The Director submitted the supporting documentation for the plan of correction related to lead testing by the POC due date. The deficiency has been cleared, and no further action is required. The Director submitted the vaccination records for Staff 1 and Staff 2, confirming TDAP and MMR vaccinations, by the POC due date. The deficiency has been cleared, and no further action is required. Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared was provided for the deficiencies corrected. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00 An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Director, Hae Jin K Lee (Stella).
