On November 25, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility. LPA met with Licensee, Dianne Middleton, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. LPA observed 3 children in care and Licensee's two children who live in the home present at the time of arrival. Per Licensee, there are nine children currently enrolled. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations at the time of inspection. Licensee states that Licensee and two children are currently living in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance. This is a single-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry/wash area, playroom/naproom, front yard, and fenced back yard with a pool and detached garage. The children have access to one bedroom and one bathroom (located off the hallway by the front door), living room, playroom/naproom, and backyard (excluding fenced pool area and garage). Areas off limits to children include the front yard, two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, laundry/wash room, fenced in pool area and detached garage.
