What the inspector wrote

On 03/12/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Hong Xie, Licensee and explained the purpose of the visit. There are 8 children and 3 caregivers are present. The purpose of the visit is to follow up on an incident that occurred on 02/20/26 and was reported to the department on 02/23/2026. The self reported incident is regarding personal rights. During today's visit, LPA interviewed the Licensee in the dining area and obtained a copy of the police report information. The facility is not being cited any deficiencies today. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report provided to the Licensee. A Notice of Site Visit was provided; Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
