Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 04/21/26 at 10:55 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for an increase/decrease in capacity. Upon arrival, LPA met with Facility Representative Monica Bonilla. Applicant is requesting to be licensed for 120 preschoolers 2-5 years old in classrooms 1-5 and 16 toddlers 18-36 months in classrooms 6-7. According to the facility representative, the request for capacity increase and decrease was submitted prior to the end of the school year to ensure that the room changes were complete and effective for the next school year. Per the facility representative, classroom 6 will change from preschool to toddler; however, the room is not ready for inspection. LPA will return at a later date and time to inspect the room 6. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative, a civil penalty of $100 can be assessed. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to the facility representative Monica Bonilla. Page 1 of 1
