During this Inspection LPA(s) reviewed files for multiple staff members files were reviewed and observed to have failure to meet educational qualifications Including lack of required early childhood education(ECE) Units. Missing criminal background check or required health screenings. failure to meet the required months of work experience for teachers and failure to maintain staff records, including education verification. This is deemed a high risk violation of Title 22 section code101216.1 and a type A citation will be issued. Multiple reports have been received and documented that licensee is operating on Saturday's with multiple children in care at the center. Licensee hours for the center are Mon-Fri 6am-9pm. Licensee is still in the approval process of updating center hours. This violates California Code of regulations 101151(b). Licensee will be issued a type A citation. Deficiencies must be cleared and copies of this report distributed to families who have children enrolled in care. Parents who have children enrolled will sign the LIC 9224. A copy shall be placed in each child's file and available for review during inspections. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
