On December 09, 2025, at 10:30am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Elka Chavez and Crystal Green conducted an office meeting with Applicant Representatives, Monica Jarvis and Cynthia Guerra. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and review the pending application that was received on March 05, 2025.
