What the inspector wrote

LPA Chavez interviewed staff, of the two interviews conducted with staff, no disclosures were made regarding observing staff speak rudely to children in care. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging staff speaks rudely to children in care. At this time, it is determined that Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Martha Lopez.
