What Happened
The inspection reviewed a home being considered for a higher capacity license and found generally safe indoor conditions, but the backyard contained multiple hazards. Record review also found a missing emergency-care signature and expired mandated reporter training.
Observations
- Peeling and chipping paint, rusted metal poles, sharp exposed edges on a gate rail, and exposed particle wood were observed in the backyard
- Child 3's consent for emergency care was missing the parent's signature
- Mandated reporter training was expired
