Annual random inspection of family child care home cited three Type B deficiencies: expired staff CPR/First Aid certification, missing staff training/immunization records, and missing parent authorization forms for children. An infant will be enrolling soon.

Licensing staff completed an unannounced annual inspection and found most safety systems in place, but noted missing children's records and an overdue fire extinguisher service. The home also had two children using the front yard because of mosquito issues in the back yard, while a dog remained secured in the yard.

A required annual inspection found nine children present, including one infant, with the daycare operating in the sun-room/daycare room and backyard. The home was generally secure, but the fire extinguisher had not been serviced since 2019, and the inspector reviewed infant sleep supervision expectations with the licensee.
