What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted an unannounced plan of correction visit to the above facility. The purpose of this visit was to follow up on cited deficiencies and ensure these deficiencies were corrected in a timely manner. LPA met with Diana Ordaz, Licensee, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 3 children present including an infant. An annual inspection was conducted on 2/4/22 . The facility was cited for the following and the licensee was advised that corrections were required for the health and safety of children in care: Safe Sleep - infant was sleeping in car seat CORRECTED - Licensee provided written plan on how they will comply with the Safe Sleep Regulations. LPA observed Child #1 sitting on the floor and a play yard available for sleeping. Child's Records- Licensee did not have record for Child #1 & #2. LPA reviewed children's files and found them to be complete. LPA observed that the plan of corrections have been met for all deficiencies. Licensee provided Licensee was reminded to visit our website www.cdss.ca.gov to stay informed with any new Provider Notices. No deficiencies were cited on this date. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Diana Ordaz. including but not limited to provider rights and Agency's Consultative Role. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) \342\200\223 must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative . Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
