Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted an unannounced case management inspection. At 1:40PM LPA met with Director Katrina, explained the purpose of inspection, and was guided on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 29 kids supervised by 5 staff. The purpose of today's visit was to follow up on unusual incident reported to LPA via phone on 11/13/25. Per Director a parent of twins in the sister facility (Dotsie Tots facility #197412438) has been harassing staff at this facility due to being given a two week notice to end care (last day 11/21/25). Per Director transportation staff works at both facilities and was verbally assaulted by parent via telephone numerous times from approximately from October 2025 to Present. Per Director parent is disgruntled and has been seen circling the center taking photos and videos of the facility. Per Director parent has dropped children here at this facility even when told this is not allowed due to them being enrolled at sister facility Dotsie Tots. Per Director all staff has been instructed not to engage with parent. Per Director no children in care witnessed any disagreements. Per Director if parent continues to contact facility or circle facility police will be contacted and a restraining order will be requested. No Deficiencies were observed during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with Director Katrina, and report provided. Notice of site visit was given and shall remain posted for 30 days.
