Pre-licensing visit·May 25, 2022

On 5/25/22 at 9:45 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted an announced Pre-licensing follow-up Inspection. LPA met with Natalie Sells, Applicant, who provided tour of the facility. The purpose of this inspection was to ensure corrections from prior pre-licensing inspection dated 05/18/22 have been corrected. LPA observed the following: Applicant installed a carbon monoxide and smoke detector in the den. Applicant purchased a lock box for the weapon that will be stored inside of the home. LPA observed the weapon stored in an off-limit room of the home. LPA observed the ammunition and weapon are stored separately. LPA observed the off-limit room is kept locked with a key and child safety door knob. A small family childcare license will be granted upon further review. Once licensed, the Applicant is required to comply with the terms and limitations stated on the license. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the applicant, Natalie Sells.
