Page 2 Per Director, health checks are conducted daily with the parent present as they help perform the check on the child. Per Director, if there are any incidents that weren’t reported at the time they occurred, the staff ensure to provide a written report to the parent the next time they are at the facility. Per parents interviewed, they receive text messages and photos or a phone call right away when an incident occurs and at the end of the day they are provided with a written report. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Karen Robles.
