What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Carter conducted a case management visit for the purpose of the increased monitoring plan as determined on the Non-Compliance Conference held on 02/22/24. LPA informed licensee Chandrika Gamaralalage of the reason for the visit. Licensee provided a tour of the facility. There were seven (7) children, and one (1) additional staff present during today\342\200\231s inspection. All adults in the home were found to have criminal record clearance. LPA observed facility to be following capacity requirements for a large family childcare. LPA observed proper care and supervision of the children in care. During today's visit LPAs observed three (3) infants present and a total of (2) cribs and (2) play yards in the main care area of the home. LPA did not observe loose objects or objects hanging from the cribs or play yards. LPA observed age appropriate toys and learning materials for children in care. The enclosed back yard observed to be clean and safe with variety of toys available to children in care. LPA did not observe any bodies of water during today's inspection. LPA did observed an outdoor dog was in the inaccessible area of the yard away from daycare children. LPA completed children's files review and observed sleeping logs for all infants enrolled. No deficiency was cited during today\342\200\231s visit. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Chandrika Gamaralalage.
