The fenced is at least five feet tall, in good repair and designed so children could not remove any portion of it. LPA observed a locked gate, that swings away from the pool, and it is self closing and self latching. There are no openings between the mesh panels that exceed four inches. The mesh fencing is secured to the cement ground with no gaps at the bottom of the fence. Fence is of sufficient strength to withstand the impact of toys (tricycles, wagons, etc.) Fence does not readily bend upon impact. Licensee agrees that fencing will remain in place whenever licensed care is provided, and so long as the mesh fence makes the swimming pool inaccessible to children as determined by licensing staff. ---PAGE 1
