What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Carter conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection on this date. LPA met with Licensee Nicole Austin and was taken a tour of the facility. The purpose of the POC inspection was determine if Licensee has corrected the deficiency cited on 07/01/25. LPA observed 5 children having lunch and enjoying movie time. Licensee states there are currently (5) children enrolled. This is a single story home which consists of three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms. Areas used by the children include the living room (main care area), and hallway bathroom. Per Licensee, areas off-limits to children include the attached garage, (3) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom inside the bedroom. LPA observed the attached garage is accessed through the kitchen. LPA observed the following: \302\267 LPA observed staff files Per licensee, assistant missing Mandated Reporter training and immunization's required to work at the facility, no longer works at the facility. Licensee states that assistant opted out of receiving required immunization's. File review confirmed that licensee has required Mandated Reporter training and required immunization's. \342\200\224Mandated Reporter AB1207 Completed: 10/03/24 valid for 2 years. Based on LPA records review, POC has been cleared. LPA provided licensee with Letter of Deficiency Cleared Citations Cleared. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Nicole Austin.
