What the inspector wrote

On 10/10/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted a Plan of Corrections (POC) visit in Spanish to address 6 B deficiencies cited during Annual Inspection on 9/18/25. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee Josefina Gonzalez who was alone supervising 2 children. LPA inspected the childcare area and reviewed children and staff files. The following was observed: -Adult 1 has not obtained immunizations and is not present at facility. Per licensee, A1 will not return until they have obtained the proof of required immunizations -File Review observed immunization record for Child #1 - 4 -LPA observed no baby walker, no infants napping with lose items inside play yard. -LPA reviewed children's files, Child #1 - 4 observed completed including LIC 700, Sleep log and Sleep Plan LIC 9227 for Licensee was reminded that it is licensee's responsibility to stay informed of the department updates and requirements. LPA also reminded licensee to pay the facility fees in a timely manner to avoid fees and follow regulations. LPA provided technical assistance on paying fees online. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. POC clearance letters of the deficiency was given. Exit interview was conducted with licensee, Josefina Gonzalez and a copy of the report was provided. A notice of site visit must remain posted for 30 days.
