Pre-licensing visit·November 25, 2025

Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tyler Reyes and Ashley Calderon conducted an announced Pre-licensing inspection to follow up on corrections need to be completed prior to obtaining a small family childcare license. LPAs met with Applicant Noe Guerrero and explained the reason for the visit. A tour of the facility was conduct with Applicant Noe. LPAs observed no children in care. Wall Heater: LPAs observed the wall heater in the on-limit living room to be screened and secured. Per Title 22 open face heaters shall be screened to prevent access by children. A small Family Child Care Home license will be granted upon review by a Licensing Program Manager. Once licensed, the applicant is required to comply with the terms and limitations stated on the license. Applicant was advised that approval of the application will be determined by the Department once all corrections are received.
