What the inspector wrote

On February 09, 2026, at 10:00 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elka Chavez and Susann Sanchez conducted an announced Pre-Licensing follow up inspection. The purpose of this visit was to inspect the corrections made from the prelicense inspection on January 16, 2026. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Applicant Representative, Bryon Redmond. Also, present Joseph Vilaseca. All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. The applicant made the following corrections: \302\267 Applicant installed door alarms to alert staff when the exit doors in classrooms 1,2 and 4 are open. \302\267 Applicant installed mesh fence to separate the outdoor activity space for each component. \302\267 Applicant installed shade sail in the toddler outdoor activity area. \302\267 Applicant leveled the sand in the toddler outdoor activity area \302\267 Applicant leveled the wood chips in the preschool outdoor activity area. \302\267 Applicant posted licensing required documents. \302\267 Applicant installed a partition that is at least four feet high to separate the sleeping area from the indoor activity space for infants. At 10:00 AM, LPAs observed licensing forms were posted on the wall next to Wesley Hall where children will be signed in and out. LPAs observed mesh fences were installed in the infant, toddler and preschool outdoor activity space. Page 1 of 2 LPAs were informed by Applicant Representative, Bryon Redmon that the infant outdoor activity space was moved to a different area. LPAs measured the new infant outdoor activity space. The total square footage for the infant outdoor activity space is 515.43 square feet, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity. LPAs observed the sand level and shade was installed in the toddler outdoor area. LPAs observed the wood chips in the preschool outdoor area were leveled. LPAs observed alarms were installed in the doors in classrooms 1,2 and 4. Facility Representative, Bryon Redmon opened each door and tested each alarm with licensing staff. Once the final approval is granted for the requested waiver, A license for (45) children: (5) Infants from ages 0-24 months in classroom yellow #3; (14) Toddlers from ages 18 to 36 months in classroom Green #4 and (26) Preschoolers from ages 2 to 5 years old in 2 classrooms: Red #1 and Orange #2 will be granted. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Applicant Representative, Bryon Redmon. Page 2 of 2
