Operation of a Family Child Care Home (a)The licensee… shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times…This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights to children in care. Based on Licensee interview, she had a (66"x66"x20" round) inflatable swimming pool and her or her assistant would supervise children but would allow two school aged children to play in the inflatable pool unsupervised, while she was inside with the other children. Licensee reported that she still had visual supervision through windows in the house but there was not constant supervision.
