Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) LPA Valerie Mireles and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection. LPA and LPM met with Director Nancy Alejandrez, toured facility, and a census taken. LPA and LPM provided licensee with a copy of the Stipulation, Waiver and Order, dated 12/09/2024. LPA and LPM thoroughly explained in detail the terms of the Stipulation, Waiver and Order stating that: The Stay of Exclusion is only valid for STAFF 1 at KIDZ CAN 2 located at 40088 Indian Springs Road in Oakhurst, CA 93644. The Stay of Exclusion is not valid at any other licensed facility without prior written approval from Child Care Licensing. STAFF 1 shall provide care and supervision to children in care at the facility, including transporting children in care, only if accompanied by another staff member. STAFF 1 shall not be left alone with children in care. STAFF 1 shall obey federal, state, and local laws and shall strictly comply with all statutes, regulations, or written directives related to staff 1\342\200\231s employment or presence in a licensed facility. Within 30 days of this stipulation, by 01/09/2025, STAFF 1 shall provide to Child Care Licensing a plan that includes facility approval as to how this term will be implemented. STAFF 1 agrees that violation of any of the terms of this stipulation shall constitute sufficient grounds for the exclusion of staff 1 from employment in, presence in, and contact with clients of any facility licensed by the Department. The decision and order is available for review at the Fresno Regional Child Care Office. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
