What the inspector wrote

On 10/18/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Miguel Herrera and Julio Rodriguez conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPAs met with Licensee Manuela Garcia to discuss the purpose of the case management inspection. A tour of the facility was conducted, and census was taken. Present during today’s inspection were 4 children. The purpose of today’s inspection was to obtain a wet signature on the annual inspection report that was conducted on 10/11/2024. During today’s visit LPAs also verified that the deficiency issued during the annual inspection on 10/11/2024 was corrected. The deficiency issued on 10/11/2024 was due to Licensee Garcia’s assistant not having a current Mandated Reporter Training on file. Licensee Garcia’s Plan of Correction for the above listed deficiency has been cleared during today’s visit and a Plan of Correction letter will be provided to Licensee Garcia.
