101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Children were sent out to play without supervision from teachers. Teachers did not communicate properly regarding who was available to supervise children which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
