What the inspector wrote

On 7/11/2025, at approximately 9:30AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nicole Tran and Jonathan Tse conducted an unannounced case management visit to follow up on an incident report that was submitted to the Regional Office. LPAs met with Assistant Site Director, Allison Brinkley (D1) and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during the visit was D1, 13 staff members and 33 preschool age children. The facility is located on-site with their infant and school age licensed programs. LPAs and D1 inspected the facility for any health or safety hazards. The facility was compliant with staffing and ratio requirements on this day. The facility reported an alleged incident that involved a staff member inappropriately handling a child. During the visit, LPAs conducted site observations and interviews. Based on interviews and review of pertinent information, there is no finding at this time. The facility complied with reporting requirements and has taken appropriate action to investigate and address the alleged incident. No deficiencies were cited during today’s visit. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided and explained. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Site Director, Allison Brinkley.
