On 5/18/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanson Leong, made an unannounced case management visit to child daycare facility listed above. The purpose of the visit was to follow up on an incident involving supervision. The LPA was granted entry by the Director, Joseph Dummitt. The LPA explained the purpose of the visit to the Director. All facility’s staff members have had their criminal background checks cleared by Guardian. The LPA observed eight staff members supervising twenty-nine preschool children. Children's capacity and ratio requirements were observed to be in compliance, During today’s visit, LPA interviewed the Director about the incident regarding supervision. Based on the interview with the Director, the LPA found no issues with supervision. The LPA observed children were supervised within ratio during today’s visit with the Director. The LPA was shown around the area where the event took place and saw nothing that would put a child in danger. The LPA also observed that there were no supervision deficiencies at the facility. The LPA informed the Director that no further action will be taken. A copy of this report and the “Notice of Site Visit were given to Joseph Dummitt.
