What the inspector wrote

On January 15, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tran and Van conducted a case management inspection to discuss an unusual incident reported by the center to the Department on January 13, 2026. The purpose of the inspection was explained to Senior Manager of Early Education and Compliance, Jaime Rinetti . Present during the visit was 7 staff and 24 preschool age children. Based on record review and interview, a personal rights violation was found. See LIC 809D for the deficiency cited during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided. Exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with facility representative, Jaime Rinetti.
