On June 23, 2025 at 2:00pm, Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Daniel Oquendo, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Nathan Garcia, met with Licensee, Julia De Oliveira and Isabel McGraw for an office meeting. The purpose of the office meeting was to discuss the pre-licensing visit at the Family Child Care Home. Details discussed during this meeting included: - The licensee must be present in the home for at least 80% of the daily operation hours. Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. - An update of the "Stop Work Notice" that was observed during the pre-licensing visit on 5/9/25. - Co-mingling of children with other Family Child Care Facilities. - The licensee and LPA/LPM discussed the removal of association from another Family Child Care Facility. Licensee was reminded: \302\267 The staff and ratio capacity for a Small and Large Family Child Care Home. \302\267 The percentage of hours that a licensee needs to be present in the facility. \302\267 Submit proof from the City of Corte Madera regarding an updated approvals of the construction at the home.
