What the inspector wrote

On September 29, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Naves met with licensee Isabella Blunck-Ribeiro for an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. The purpose of the inspection was explained, and the Licensee granted LPA entry to the home. During the visit, the Licensee and her helper supervised 8 children (4 preschool age, and 4 infants). During the annual inspection on August 12, 2025, the Licensee was found to have had an uncleared unassociated adult working in the facility. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed Guardian roster and found that all adults present had received fingerprint clearance to work or be present in the home. The deficiencies that were cited during the August 12, 2025, inspection have been cleared today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Isabella Blunck Ribeiro.
