On 6/17/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Naves and Licensing Program Manager Zebila conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. The licensee Karina Galeana greeted LPA and LPM and the purpose of the inspection was explained, the Licensee granted LPA and LPM entry to the home. During the visit, the Licensee and her 2 helpers supervised 9 children (five preschool age, and four infants). During the annual visit on 4/22/2025, the Licensee and her entire staff did not have mandated reporter training certifications. During today's inspection, LPA and LPM reviewed staff files and found Mandated Reporter Certifications dated 6/14/25. The deficiency that was cited during the 4/22/25, inspection has been cleared today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
