Correction check·November 19, 2025

On November 19, 2025, LPA Nathan Garcia conducted an unannounced, plan of correction visit (POC) to the facility. LPA met with director, Wilana Anderson, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during LPA\342\200\231s visit included 30 children with 10 teachers during pick up time. On November 5, 2025, LPA conducted an unannounced, annual visit at facility. During the visit, LPA observed that there were 2 children under the age of two, within the facility's care. The facility is currently licensed for preschool aged children (2 years to entry into first grade) Facility was issued a Type A citation and a plan of correction and signing of LIC9224s were discussed with Licensee. Plan of correction was sent to LPA by email on 11/6/25 requesting for age exception for Child 1 (C1) to be enrolled in the facility prior to C1's 2nd birthday and Child 2's (C2) parents were notified to wait until C2's 2nd birthday before enrollment. As of this date, based on LPA records review, LIC9224s for enrolled children are not signed. LPA observed notice of site visit given during annual visit to be posted and available for review. LPA also observed that C1 with a pending age exception request is present. Based on records review, C1 will be turning 2 years old on November 20, 2025. LPA reminded director to have LIC 9224 signed for all enrolled children. LPA also provided staff copies of the LIC 9224. During the inspection, director, Wilana Anderson attended a parent meeting. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director's husband/owner, Kevin Anderson.
