Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Haydee Caliboso met with the Director Magda Bachakashvili in response to a follow-up case management inspection due to construction and temporary room change on July 12 th \342\200\223 August 3 rd , 2021. Present during the inspection were 13 children and 3 staff. LPA inspected classroom #1, #2, and #3 for health and safety hazards. LPA observed the classrooms furniture equipment are clean and in good condition. Children\342\200\231s toys are orderly, in good condition, and age appropriate. The facility is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The classrooms have adequate ventilation and ample lighting. Facility floor is in good repair and free of any hazards. The facility has a first aid kit in and a designated backpack with emergency supplies. The facility has 2 toilets and 2 sinks available for children to use. The restrooms are clean and does not have any health or safety hazards. All cleaning supplies and hazardous items are stored in a locked cabinet made inaccessible to children. The isolation area for ill children is in the site supervisor office, and staff bathrooms will be used for ill children. LPA reminded Magda Bachakashvili to ensure ratio and supervision are observed at all times. This report must be available in the facility for public review.
