On December 9, 2025, at approximately 1:50PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicole Tran conducted an unannounced case management visit to follow up on an incident report that was submitted to the Regional Office on November 14, 2025. LPA met with Site Director, Savannah Ranger (S1), and explained the purpose of the visit. Director, Magda Bachakashvili, later joined the visit. Present during the visit was 8 staff and 24 preschool age children. LPA and S1 inspected the facility for any health or safety hazards. The facility was compliant with staffing and ratio requirements on this day. The facility reported an alleged incident that involved a staff member inappropriately handling a child. During the visit, LPA conducted site observations and interviews. Based on interviews and review of pertinent information, there is no finding at this time. The facility complied with reporting requirements and has taken appropriate action to investigate and address the alleged incident. No deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s visit. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Magda Bachakashvili.
