On February 26, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Garcia conducted a subsequent complaint inspection in response to the above complaint allegations. LPA met with facility director, Maria Velarde and explained purpose of inspection. Present during the visit are 13 children with 4 staff members, including the director. During today's visit, LPA conducted additional staff interviews. In the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted and relevant documents were gathered. Based on the interviews and relevant documents, there were no sufficient evidence to prove the above allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegations are Unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed and signed by facility director, Maria Velarde. Report and Notice of Site Visit was provided. Notice of Site Visit will be posted for 30 days.
