What the inspector wrote

On 3/4/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanson Leong conducted an unannounced complaint visit to the child care center listed above. During today’s visit, the LPA met the facility representative, Irma De Leon. The purpose of the visit was to deliver the findings and to close out the complaint. The director was informed of the reason for today's visit by the LPA. During today's visit, nine preschool-aged children were present in the center. Present in the center with fingerprint clearance included the director and two staff members. The center is operating within its capacity and in accordance with the required ratio of staff to children. All relevant information was collected and analyzed, and all parties involved were contacted and interviewed during the LPA investigation. Based on information obtained from the LPA investigation, the allegations listed above were unsubstantiated, meaning the allegations may have happened or are valid. There is no preponderance of evidence to prove the violations did or did not occur. A copy of today’s report was given to Irma De Leon. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Irma De Leon.
