On February 25,2026 LPA Naves conducted an unnanounced Case Management visit to the facility mentioned above. The purpose of the visit was explained and entry was granted. Present in the facility were Director and 3 staff supervising 7 preschool age children. All adults present have received fingerprint clearance from the department. The facility is operating within ratio during todays visit. There were no deficiencies cited at this time under CCR, Title 22, Div. 12. A copy of today’s report was given to the licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview was conducted with the Director Nahid Talebloo.
