What the inspector wrote

On June 6, 2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Naves and Van conducted a case management inspection of the facility to follow up with Director Nahid Talebloo on the annual inspection from January 29,2025. The following technical violations were observed on January 29 2025: \302\267 electrical outlets must be covered or blocked by furniture when not in use. \302\267 hanging wires outside of the Kids\342\200\231 Bathroom \302\267 wooden doors installed in the Kids\342\200\231 Bathroom have covers on the edges \302\267 Cleaning detergents were observed to be stored in an area potentially accessible to children outside the Kids\342\200\231 Bathroom. \302\267 chipped paint on the walls of the Art Room \302\267 sink cabinet in the Art Room is missing its door cont pg 2 >>>> page 2 \302\267 couch in the Homework Room that contained multiple stains throughout. \302\267 carpet leading to the outdoor play area showed signs of water damage. \302\267 Ceiling panels were observed to be loose or stained. \302\267 outdoor play area be kept free of debris Licensee was reminded all outlets must be covered or blocked by furniture when not in use. A cover for the hanging wires has been ordered and on its way. Wooden doors in bathrooms have tape on edges until appropriate covers are installed. The sink will have doors installed. The stains on carpet were cleaned but stains did not come out, licensee will get a rug. The outdoor area will be cleaned by the school district. The couch was observed to be clean. The chipped paint has been repaired the ceiling panels. Ceiling panels were no longer loose or stained. Additionally the sills on the doorways will be repaired or replaced to prevent tripping. LPAs informed director another visit will be necessary to ensure all items are repaired before children return in late August. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
